No offer or contract until it's signed

Nothing on this website is an offer to buy your property. An offer is made only in writing after we review the property. Neither you nor we are bound until both of us sign a written purchase contract. You're free to decline any offer.

Who we are and how we work

Cx2 Homebuyers LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or agent and does not represent buyers or sellers. We contract to purchase real property and may sell or assign our contract or equitable interest to another buyer. As required by Texas law (Tex. Occ. Code §1101.0045; Tex. Prop. Code §5.0205), we disclose the nature of our interest in writing before entering a contract.

Text-message terms
